We use the finest imported products from Greece, along with fresh local ingredients. The cheese, pasta, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and vinegars (to name a few), are imported from Greece to provide a true authentic flavors. The meats and produce used in our dishes are purchased fresh from local farmers.
